METHOD

  • Prepare the vegetables

    Prepare the vegetables. Thinly slice the celery, cut the cabbage into small pieces. Peel the onion and dice it. Peel the carrot and cut it into large pieces.

  • Pan-fry the vegetables

    Večjo globoko ponev (Tefal Unlimited) pristavimo na zmeren ogenj. Dodamo vso zelenjavo razen ohrovta. Pražimo 5 minut, nato dodamo paradižnikov koncentrat, lovorov list, origano, sol in poper. Premešamo, dodamo razpolovljen paradižnik in pražimo še 5 minut.

  • Kuhamo mineštro

    Dodamo vodo od kuhanja šunke ali zelenjavno jušno osnovo ali vodo. Poljubno lahko za okus dodamo še parmezanovo skorjo za okus. Počakamo, da mineštra zavre, nato zmanjšamo ogenj, pokrijemo s pokrovom in kuhamo 20 minut.

  • Mineštra

    V mineštro dodamo testenine in drobno narezano prekajeno kuhano šunko, fižol, grah, stročji fižol in ohrovt. Dobro premešamo in kuhamo pokrito 8 - 10 minut. Razdelimo med krožnike in postrežemo. Poljubno pokapljamo z olivnim oljem in posujemo z nastrganim parmezanom.
